We are thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of our 59th property: Marketplace Shopping Center in Independence, Missouri.
At 253,055 SF, this is the largest retail center our team has acquired to date, bringing the HJH total portfolio value to more than $350 million.
While this is primarily a "retail" center, the property has a diverse rent roll that will generate investors an estimated 10.89% cash-on-cash return. In addition to anchor tenant Price Chopper and national retail tenants Big Lots, Petco, and FedEX, Marketplace Shopping Center is home to several medical and office tenants, including:
- Crossroads Hospice
- Phoenix Home Care
- Vision Source Eyecare
- One Main Financial
